Our Backerkit Smoketest Starts Today!

Hello Raiders,
The time is here! We are pleased to announce that we are running our Backerkit smoke test today! But what does that mean for you?
When we run a Backerkit smoke test, about 5% of you will raid our pledge manager Backerkit through your Backerkit survey. Those who do receive it will be able to provide feedback here in the comments over the next 24 hours! After we have given roughly 24 hours to everyone participating and implemented any suggestions, we will push Backerkit to everyone tomorrow evening!
Now, for those who are unfamiliar with Backerkit, feel free to read below to get an idea of how all this works.
Backerkit Walkthrough
You will get an email from "Maestro Media" (Backerkit) with your personal link to the site. Once you click the link, you'll be able to start managing your pledge!
The Landing Page tells you the Tier you pledged for. If you are satisfied with your pledge level, click "Get Started!"
If you'd like to change your pledge level, there is a hyperlink below the big green button. This is only to CHANGE YOUR PLEDGE LEVEL, and not to add another pledge. We repeat, if you would like to add a second pledge, DO NOT CLICK THIS. Selecting Switch your pledge level will give you a pop-up that will allow you to change tiers. In the event that you would like to add another pledge, please get in touch with us through Kickstarter DMs or our Contact Us page.
From there, you'll be led to our survey questions explaining a few things about how our Backerkit process will unfold. Just hit the circle to "answer" the question and acknowledge you have read through it.
To our lovely retailers, your survey question list will be a bit more extensive to help us ensure we are only selling to retailers at the retail level. Please be thorough and reply to all of the questions with the requested information before proceeding to your survey!
Add-ons
The add-ons are grouped into Base Game, Expansions, Premium Add-ons, and Epic Bundles.
Please remember, this page is purely for add-ons. You do not need to select an item included in your pledge unless you want a second copy.

Shipping Info
In this section, please type in the address you'd like your pledge and add-ons sent to. Please avoid special characters as couriers seem to have issues with them. Please also avoid PO boxes when able, as they complicate delivery.
If you know you are moving or think you might move before delivery, you will have plenty of time to change your address. Make sure you keep the email with your link so you can get back into Backerkit again if needed!
As previewed in the survey questions portion of this update, we will not charge for shipping until we approach fulfillment, so for now, this section's purpose is to just collect your shipping information.
Review/Confirm
On the final page, you can verify everything one last time. If you decide you need to add or remove add-ons, you can scroll to the bottom and do that there.
Once you are satisfied, enter your payment info and place your order! Order contents will be locked once you hit place my order so please check out with what you would like. In the event that you need to add or remove things from your pledge and you have already hit "place my order", you can reach out to us via Kickstarter DMs or our Contact US page.
And with that, you are all set for now! Nothing else to do on your end other than wait eagerly for us to charge for shipping and fulfill your order next April!

Common Backerkit Questions
I pledged using an Apple Relay Email
If you pledged with an Apple Relay Email or any other type of email fabricator, including logging in through Facebook, you may not get the email from Backerkit letting you know that the pledge manager is open. Please reach out to us here if you fall into this camp so we can update the Backerkit email for you!
What do I do if I am missing my free pre-commit Archer and Barbarian tiles or Golden Barbarian Figure?
If you backed the campaign in the first 48 hours and do not see the Golden Barbarian King, please reach out to us via Kickstarter DMs or our Contact US page. If you signed up for our pre-commit page and backed using the same email, please also reach out via Kickstarter DMs or our Contact US page. We will work to get these added to your survey!
My Pledge failed on Kickstarter. What do I do?
Your unpaid pledge amount will still filter into Backerkit, and you will still have the opportunity to pay for your pledge there. Just fill out your survey like normal!
When will I get my Backerkit Invite?
There are over 2,200 backer emails to send out. Backerkit will go out in batches over the weekend after the smoke test is complete tomorrow. Please be patient and check your Spam/Junk folders for an email from Maestro Media. If you do not see your survey come Monday, please reach out to us!
